Liver Brownies

1lb. Beef liver
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 cup of flour
1 cup of oats
1 cup of cornmeal
2 Tbs. Dry milk
Preheat oven to 350.
Process liver, garlic, and egg in food processor until smooth.
Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add flour, oats, cornmeal, and dry milk.
Stir until well mixed. Mixture will be like a thick batter.
Spoon onto a greased, foil lined cookie sheet. Spread to evenly distribute in pan. Bake about 25 minutes, until pink is gone.
Remove from oven and cut into small squares. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
